Thank you for contacting us!
- What is your availability?
-
I book anywhere from 4-6 sessions per month and prefer to work late afternoon/evening during the week and weekends.
- How do I book a session?
-
Reach out through the contact form or session inquiry form and I'll get right back to you. If it's easier, just email, text or call.

- What happens if someone is sick or the weather is awful?
-
No problem, we will reschedule without penalty. Especially if you choose a beach location, the wind and fog can be brutal on the coast and I will suggest rescheduling.
- Can I add people to the session? Is there a maximum?
-
There is really no limit to the number of participants, whether it be one person or twenty, you are essentially paying for my time at the session and editing your photos. I provide the same number of retouched images (20-30 depending) regardless of how many people are at your session. However, as more people are added, the more “posed” the photos become, so if you like a more candid look, limit the number of people at your session.
- Will you help me with posing and wardrobe?
-
Of course! I have posing and wardrobe suggestions and both we can discuss at our pre-session consultation. I prefer to try and catch you both posed and unposed, so I'll be looking for those spontaneous moments that really capture "you".
For wardrobe, don't think matchy-matchy, but instead, complimentary tones and patterns. I've got some suggestions for websites and apps and if you send me a photo of your outfits, I will offer some more specific suggestions.
- Ok, I'm still lost - what do I wear again?
-
Wear clothes you love and that match each person’s style and personality. Do not dress everyone alike.
Dress as formally or casually as you’d like. I’ll modify the style/feel of the session based on your apparel.
Wear clothes that don’t wrinkle easily, and iron your clothes. I will not do a substantial amount of retouching to remove wrinkles.
Match your eye color. You’d be surprised how much this can do for your eyes!
When in doubt, neutral colors and earth tones always photograph well.
Pick a few colors and mix them up so that you all coordinate without looking the same.
Don’t forget to plan the shoes, too!

Shoes - while you may want to pose in your favorite stilettoes, bring a comfortable pair or walking shoes as well.Consider hats and jewelry too. Ties and jackets for guys if you like.
Or show your personality with high tops, crazy socks, etc. Make this session about you!
Seniors - we will chat about things you might like to have in the pictures that help you remember your High School or College years!
- When should I expect to see the images?
-
I know you can't wait - neither can I! Usually you see the initial proofing gallery within 5-7 days after your session. From there, I will ask you to choose 20-30 of your "favorites". I will retouch and do final edits of those favorites and have those to you within 2 weeks of receiving your picks.
