Always behind the camera, my love for photography goes back to the old film days when I aspired to be a photojournalist for National Geographic. My dream was to make a living travelling the globe, scaling mountains, visiting villages and capturing moments that would make a an impact and tell a story. While I now draw "inspiration" from National Geographic, and I still do love to travel, I also love the simplicity of waking up to feed my chickens at sunrise and taking a walk in the woods. Now, my images convey something about who I am, what I value and where I find peace.
Lucky to live in Sonoma County where spectacular backdrops are at my back door. Most of my work will be focused in this area, though an occasional travel photo will sneak in from time to time.
